CareFirst provides resources that can be helpful for you and your family. Preventive care also goes beyond the annual physical check-up and eye appointments. It encompasses nutrition, exercise, immunizations, and screenings.

- AU's Outdoor Trail. AU's Outdoor Trail is a 1.25 mile loop around the heart of campus. The trail can be enjoyed as a 1) Fitness Circuit, 2) Walking Tour, or 3) Wellness Path, depending on your needs and goals.
