American University's Office of Financial Aid is here to help you navigate the financial aid process every step of the way. Our counselors are avaialble to assist you Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET.

If you are a current or prospective student, you can find your counselor by selecting the first letter(s) of your last name or applicable category. The categories are found at the top of the list for Student Athletes, Three-Year Scholars Students, or students in the Preparatory Medical (Pre-Med) Certification Program.
