The American University Design Standards (AUDS) promulgate guidelines that communicate AU's requirements to persons who perform, manage, or coordinate work for the university. 

This publication has been prepared for the guidance of Consultants providing architectural and engineering services under contract to the American University (AU) and was developed with input from key stake holders across the campus.
